Returns & Exchanges
Not happy with your order? We are here to help. We have different return / exchange policies based on whether your order is custom vs. non-custom. Custom orders are considered final sale, and we cannot offer any returns or exchanges. For non-custom orders, please be aware that returns and exchanges must be shipped back to us within 7 calendars of receiving your order. Please be sure to ship your purchase back in all original packaging; all tags must be attached. Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
We charge a 15% restocking fee, or you can opt for the full amount (minus shipping) via store credit. Please note that initial shipping fees will not be reimbursed on any returns or exchanges, even if you choose store credit.
Once a return is initiated and the label is created, the package must be scanned by UPS within seven (7) calendar days. Please note that we require items to be returned to us via our preferred shipping service so that they are insured and protected.
Once we have received your return back, we will review and inspect your return within ten (10) business days. Upon approval, we will email you to confirm your return / exchange respectively.
