Shipping
Due to insurance requirements, we are only able to ship Next Day Air or Second Day Air. Your order will ship Next Day Air or 2nd Day air from the date of completion, not the date of the order.
Upon shipment, you will receive an email containing your FedEx tracking number. We cannot ship to a PO Box, as all shipments require a signature upon delivery.
Our fine jewelry is handmade, so turnaround times may vary. Please allow up to 6 to 8 weeks from the time of order. We do our best to try to keep inventory on hand and to ship out orders as soon as possible. If you need more exact availability on a certain piece of jewelry or want to check if it is in stock, please email jewelsbynicole@gmail.com.
For order status updates, please reply to your order confirmation email or email jewelsbynicole@gmail.com with your order number.
We make every effort to keep all of our sizes and styles in stock for non-custom orders. Please allow up to 1 to 2 weeks for your order to be shipped out. If we do not have the size in stock, it can take up to 6 weeks.
Please allow up to 6 to 8 weeks from the time your custom order is received by us. Once your custom order is placed, we will follow up with you via email with details and next steps.
Custom orders are FINAL and are non-returnable / non-refundable and considered. There is a great deal of time, labor and love invested by both our team and our jewelers into hand crafting each piece.
